We are seeking a sales driven Opening Assistant General Manager to bring their passion and knowledge to ensure a consistent level of customer service and product offering, delivering the best at all times. Open for breakfast through to dinner this menu offers something to suit every taste.
You will be required to be highly self motivated being able to thrive in a dynamic busy environment, express your passion for the industry and have an extremely ambitious nature, grabbing opportunities and creating new ones to succeed in this very demanding sector of the hospitality industry.
Requirements:
This position would be ideally suited to a current Assistant General Manager from a high end premium brand looking for a fresh challenge in a progression Group. Someone who loves evolving with a brand and have the ability to influence and challenge in a constructive manner.
You will have been an Assistant General Manager for a minimum of 3 years.
You will have complete financial, business and commercial acumen.
You will have a full understanding of controllable and non controllable issues within high volume businesses including stock, labour and waste
