Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations and working hand in hand with the Executive Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performaning tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Works to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports.
Requirements
At least two years experience in the culinary, food and beverage or related professional area, you will already be in this current position or looking to progress to this next level of your career. Previous supervisory experience is essential.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible to provide support with the running of the department, working closely with the Executive Head Chef. Supporting with training and development, you will demonstrate high standards of performance and initiate and focus the efforts of self and others towards the accomplishment goals, proactively taking action and going beyond what is required.
