Through Government initiatives, Puma Hotels Collection together with Babcock Training are looking to recruit Apprentice Chefs to work in our busy kitchen's, whilst learning at the same time. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic apprentices who have the ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to produce a consistent product, the ability to take initiative and generate new ideas and importantly show commitment to the Company and the scheme. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a team and communicate at all levels are essential.
To be eligible to apply for this exciting opportunity you must have a National Insurance Number, be able to work more than 16 hours a week, you must be a European citizen, you will not hold a degree or be in any form of Government funded education.
