As the Deputy Manager for one of these sites you will:
- Assist the Managers in the day to day running of the business
- Have full responsibility for the site in the Managers absence
- Manage your team and have be involved in recruitment, training and development of the team
- Lead the team, setting a high service level
- Deal with customer queries and complaints
- Help drive the business forward and attract and retain customers
- Be hands on with customers and react to situations quickly
We are looking for individuals ideally from a Gastro Pub environment who has:
- Worked in an environment that have in excess of 20 staff (both front and back of house)
- Held a supervisory position in a site that has a minimum £700,000 per annum turnover
- Has a good service manner and can work well under pressure
- Is able to work as part of a management team in a corporate structured environment
- Has excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
