Our clients are a renowned group of Gastro Pubs with a high quality portfolio that is in search of an accomplished General Manager.
The property operates to a very high standard offering fresh food throughout its outlets with cask ales and seasonal 1 rosette dining. Recently refurbished the property now requires a manager of note to take the site to the next level.
The ideal General Manager will have previous gastro/hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants.
The General Manager will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department
The General Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service.
The General Manager will be reporting directly into the Owners/Directors
The General Manager must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
