Head Chef, Craig Van Der Meer takes a molecular approach to Modern British Food with European influences. The style and service is very much fine dining with an informal approach and the ethos centring around our guests comfort and enjoyment.
To deliver the best experience to our guests is at the heart of The Garden Room and so we are seeking an individual to join our team who possesses the finest of hospitality skills, where the guest and their needs are the priority. You will have the ability to work well with others and multi task, being able to handle the pressure of service whilst ensuring guest expectations are not only met, but exceeded. Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential.
The role of the Commis Waiter includes preparing the restaurant for service, ensuring all mis en place is in place, assisting with serving the meal and beverages whilst proving top quality service.
The Garden Room Restaurant is a multi award winning restaurant. Training and development opportunities are great in this environment you will work with the Restaurant and Bar Manager, Head Chef to ensure your knowledge of service, food and wine is extensive, an excellent grounding for any career in Hospitality.
