I am recruiting for a head chef for my client based in Central London. This is an amazing opportunity for a professional and passionate head Chef to come a lead a team of 20 chefs in this restaurant with reputation for quality and service.
The restaurant is operating breakfast, lunch and dinner 5 days a week
The restaurant do up to 200 covers per service but expecting high standards and everything made from scratch.
As head chef you will be managing a team of 20 chefs who you will guide and mentor. As Hhad chef you will recruit, train, rota and manage the team in delivering quality dishes whilst under pressure.
This is a high pressured position dealing with high volume every week but still keeping up the high standards.
This restaurant is all about the Meat so the ideal head chef would have been working with meat before and ideally in similar with similar size brigade.
Excellent pay package £40K
