My client, one of the largest pubs and restaurants group in UK, is currently looking for a Pub Manager to join one of their brands. They are currently recruiting for a Pub Manager for their wet led venues and are interested in candidates, who would be able to push sales forward and are willing to build their careers with the company.

On their behalf, we are looking for Pub Manager to join their wet led business. You will be involved in day to day running of the business. Also, you will be recruiting, training and developing team members to the highest company standards. Apart from leading a team on the site, you will be working very closely with other managers to help brand to become the winning one on the market.

We are therefore, interested in speaking to all of the Pub Managers with great understanding of wet led business. You will have come from pub environment, where most of the profit, was coming from drinks sale. Also, you will have a good understanding of the bar environment. You will have an experience of running medium to large size of teams. We need someone enthusiastic, outgoing and confident. Someone, who can influence the success of the venue. In return , you will work for one of the best hospitality brands in UK, you will get great salary package and be given an opportunity for progression and development.
