Restaurant and culinary director for an established restaurant company, due to expand into the quality boutique hotel market, with the objective of establishing a number of 4/5* individual hotel operations, throughout the UK.
The role will have accountability for all aspects the company's restaurant development, for both the restaurants division and for all hotel food and beverage outlets.
This will be a very challenging role with great scope that will suit someone who has a strong restaurant and hotel background with regional accountability.
Above all you will need to be highly creative in developing quality restaurant concepts/brands to suit individual markets in the the most cost effective way.
Experience sourcing third party operators will be an area of opportunity, and experience in this field would be a distinct advantage.
Flexibility to travel throughout the UK as the company expands will be essential, and you will need to be prepared to spend several days away from home.
The key focus for this emerging company will be quality, contemporary dining for all it's restaurant and food and beverage outlets. It will therefore be essential that you have significant UK experience in this sector.
Excellent benefits package with salary c£85k.
