My client an independent private sports club looking for a duty manager to oversee and ensure the smooth running of the club, events, hospitality and the front of house.
The ideal duty manager will have proven experience in a similar role and be responsible for the management of all aspects of maintenance, food and beverage, administration and sports events.You will be standards focused with an exceptional eye for detail and an integral understanding of high standards.
·Meeting and greeting members
·Dealing with memberships and resolving any customer complaints
·Stock control and ordering
·Being fully conversant with current availability, special events and functions taking place within the Hotel on a daily basis.
·Being fully conversant with all emergency procedures
·Regularly checking all areas of the organisation for health and safety hazards, reporting any issues to the relevant department.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as Duty Manager within the hospitality industry and hotels. You will have a true passion for exceeding guest expectations and the confidence and ability to interact with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
