Head Chef - Contract Catering, Reading, Berkshire £25,000

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Head Chef for our client's site based in Reading, Berkshire. Working for a leading contract caterer, the site caters for staff and hospitality providing a breakfast and lunch service.

As a candidate, you will be a Head Chef with a minimum of 2 years experience at this level. You will have excellent man management skills and be a proven leader. You will be financially astute and able to work to a budget achieving your targets as required. You will have the ability and desire to train. mentor and inspire your team showing a real passion and enthusiasm for food with an up to date knowledge of the latest food trends.
