A busy, ambitious hotel located in North Yorkshire is seeking a Sous Chef
A three star hotel that has a busy food operation is looking for a Sous Chef candidate who will be capable of running the kitchen operation when required to do so as you will be expected to cover the Head Chefs days off and holidays.The hotel already is hoping to build its reputation for being a food venue by gaining an AA Rosette in the main restaurant which as Sous Chef it will be part of your role to achieve.
All Sous Chefs applying for this role should be used to working in busy, fresh food operations where you were catering for restaurants and banqueting operations.A strong candidate who is capable of directing, managing and organising a small team of chefs is needed for this role.
