Key function of the role is to develop new and existing business throughout
the company, ensuring all income streams maximize their sales potential.
Provide pro-active sales support and activities for marketing initiatives on behalf of the company.The key activities to include: lead generation; key account management; client meetings; site inspections; and sales presentations
To attend to customer queries and enquiry's in a caring and helpful manner and with a commitment to dealing with the issue in a positive way. Follow the company core behaviors of honesty, integrity, sincerity and respect.
You would be responsible for setting targets and will contribute to the development of effective sales strategies to maximize room yield. After ensuring that appropriate forecasting procedures are in place, you'll go on to produce frequent business reports, price reviews, mix management and volume relationship information that will underpin the achievement of hotel business targets.
To liaise with the Business Development Manager, Conference Sales Manager and co-ordination team on new and existing business. Actively partake on projects and campaigns as determined by the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan and Budget.
