This popular fine dining restaurant, which is part of a highly renowned, award winning restaurant group, is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fine French/European cuisine using only the finest ingredients available and everything is prepared fresh daily. You must have experience within fine dining establishments of at least a 2/3 AA Rosette rating.
As Pastry Chef, you must have knowledge of all aspects of patisserie including viennoiserie, breads and ice-creams. You will also be responsible for training the junior chefs and passing on your knowledge. You will be working closely with the Executive Chef to create new ideas for the dessert menu. An excellent salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum plus benefits and incentives is available for the right Pastry Chef.
