The Client
We need a General Manager for this fantastic large gastro style Pub operation. The company runs a portfolio of high performing businesses in areas of natural beauty throughout the UK. The concept offers a high standard of food & service in an informal luxurious style. These roles offer a huge amount of autonomy for the General Manager to run and drive the business using their own ideas & experience.
 
The Role
As the General Manager you will take full charge in running these beautiful pubs, delivering great service and superb fresh seasonal food. You will market the business through various avenues putting on private events, holding wine tasting evenings and some sites even hosts weddings during the summer.

Essential Skills & Experience required for a General Manager
•We're looking for General Managers with at least 2 years experience managing a fresh food or premium restaurant/pub operation with full P&L accountability
•You will have great people skills, natural charisma and love food and people
•Passion and drive with an eye for detail and lots of energy and ideas
