Role:
As Commis Chef working at this popular destination pub you will be given the opportunity to work within a team of highly skilled chefs who are currently pushing to gain accolades in the pubs restaurant.Due to the pub serving an average of 900 covers a week this Commis Chef role will offer the chance to learn to work within a pressurised team environment when cooking with all fresh produce.
Requirements:
The Head Chef is looking for a Commis Chef who already has experience working in a professional, fresh food environment.The ability to prepare ingredients to a high standard in a fast paced kitchen is essential.
