High Volume restaurant at a hotel in Hertfordshire requires a Commis Chef
Role:
A Commis Chef role has become available at a casual dining restaurant that still has very high standards and all dishes are prepared from fresh produce.This role of Commis Chef will involve continued on the job training whilst you prepare a wide variety of dishes many of which are served in a busy style for the hotels corporate guests especially during lunch service.
Requirements:
This role would suit a Commis Chef who has already gained experience preparing dishes for large numbers of covers whilst using fresh ingredients.The ability to work well in a team focused, fast paced kitchen is essential for this role.
