A Pastry Chef de Partie role is available at a multi-outlet hotel located in Northamptonshire
Role:
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be working under the Head Pastry Chef in a team of four making all pastry items in house with only bread brought in.The hotel has a number of different catering outlets so requires a Pastry Chef de Partie who is capable of adapting to different style of cooking including Brasserie style, fine dining and banqueting for large numbers of covers.
Requirements:
The ability to work as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a busy department up to two AA Rosette level is essential for all applicants.A candidate who works well in a team and is capable of coping well under pressure would be ideal.
