This is a multi outlet operation serving their guests with excellent quality produce in all departments whether catering for a private dinner or a large buffet function - whatever the occasion the quality and standards of service are second to none.
We are looking for an energetic chef de partie who has the enthusiasm and passion to match the quality of the hotel.
Hotel experience is preferable. Applicants will need be flexible and eager to learn, have experience of working with fresh produce and most of all love being in the kitchen.
