Experienced Chef de Partie required for a fresh food hotel located in Jersey
Role:
Working in a two AA Rosette standard restaurant as a Chef de Partie this position requires a strong candidate who is capable of running a section in the kitchen.The restaurant at this hotel has an informal service style but offers its customers high end dining; as Chef de Partie you will be preparing all dishes from scratch largely with ingredients sourced from the local area.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a busy, high quality restaurant environment is essential for this position.All candidates should be capable of cooking to two AA Rosette standard and have the ability to run a section to a very high standard.
