Starting in the main kitchen for the successful Chef de Partie you will be an integral part of the brigade of 14 chefs in supplying incredibly high calibre banqueting operation, lounge service and all hotel food services. All plated functions to fine dining/ michelin star standard cuisine.
This is a well structured kitchen with a highly respected company and Chef within the industry. This is a career building position and opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious Chef de Partie.
48 hour week, paid overtime, excellent structure in kitchen and opportunities for development, training and prospects.
